I agree with Pearla’s Government Blog , she states that Trump made a mistake in terminating the DACA program because most kids and teenagers that are part of this program have grown up in the U.S. Perla also added that many of these kids are very bright and that’s it’s not fair to take those opportunities away. I couldn’t agree with Perla any more than I already do, DACA is a program that has given students an opportunity to work and to further their education. Aside from the education opportunities, DACA has also given people the courage to seek for their dreams and to study without fear of deportation. Although DACA doesn’t help that child’s family with the same safety, it isn’t nothing. Immigration is horrible, having kids worry about whether or not their parents will be deported while they’re in school can be traumatizing.
